The Concept
Eight different cultural and heritage design concepts, realised on eight different islands; that is the auspicious bedrock of the ecologically-attuned Setia Eco Glades.
In line with its location in Cyberjaya, Setia Eco Glades is a high-end enclave inspired by Mother Nature and perfected by technology. Relaxingly nautical, this enclave will also feature a Boat Club as well as health club on each island. This core of modern amenities and broadband infrastructure is enriched by landscaped parks and waterways, offering a perfect blend of futuristic and organic.
Plans are in the way to construct a dedicated interchange that will make Setia Eco Glades the nearest gateway in Cyberjaya to major highways like the ELITE highway and the Maju Expressway.
The Ecological Approach
In collaboration with FRIM, Malaysia Nature Society, and Zoo Negara, native species living on the build site will be relocated to the state park, and mature trees will be transplanted onto the atoll and islands to propagate a viable and thriving ecosystem.
Masterpiece
A masterpiece of visionary planning and innovative design, the enclave of Setia Eco Glades is further elevated by its location in Malaysia’s first Intelligent City and the heart of the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC). Residents in Cyberjaya can expect to live a relaxing life where outdoor activities always come hand in hand with beautiful vistas and amazing sunsets. Public facilities include sports centres, gourmet restaurants, hawker stalls, schools and universities, extreme sports facilities, spas and commercial hubs.
The Joint Venture
A joint venture between S P Setia Berhad and Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, Setia Eco Glades sits on 268 acres of freehold land and involves a gross development value of RM3 billion. Scheduled to commence in 2012, the enclave will be a luxury gated and guarded development consisting of high-rise condos, low-rise residences, super links, semi-detached units, bungalows and commercial lots.
